EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE & NETWORK OPPORTUNITIES


Sunday, September 29, 2019
  • Dinner: Delegates on their own for dinner. This may be an additional opportunity for Exhibitors to meet with Delegates and discuss their product.

Monday, September 30, 2019

  • Breakfast: 6:30am-8:30am (if you arrived Sunday, complimentary breakfast is offered by the hotel)
  • Exhibitor Set-Up: 10:00am-1:00pm. Each Exhibitor will have a table top booth.
  • Lunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm, Meal tickets are available for purchase. No meals are included with your            registration. Meal tickets must be purchased during the Cvent registration process.
  • Exhibitor Showcase: 2:30-3:00pm, (lineup 2:00-2:30pm). This is a brief introduction of all Exhibitors prior to the delegates being released for the Exhibitor Expo.
  • Exhibitor Expo: 3:00pm-4:30pm Delegates will be released from their educational session to visit with      Exhibitors and possibly schedule any 1-on-1 meetings or demos for the following day.
  • Dinner: Delegates on their own for dinner. This may be an additional opportunity for Exhibitors to meet with Delegates and discuss their product.

Tuesday, October 1, 2018

  • Breakfast: 6:30am-8:00am (complimentary breakfast is offered by the hotel)
  • Exhibitor Individual Meetings/Demos: 8:00am-2:00pm. Delegates will be given flexibility in their schedules during this time to leave class during this time for Exhibitor meetings/demos if they scheduled a 1- on-1 during Monday’s Expo.
  • Break: 10am-10:15am
  • Awards Luncheon: 12:00pm-1:30pm, Tickets to attend the Awards Luncheon must be purchased through Cvent during the registration process. At the time of registration you must know the names of those Exhibitors attending and how many lunch event tickets will be needed. Purchase of award luncheon tickets will not be allowed after registration has closed – NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Exhibitor Break-Down: 3:00 pm-5:00pm. Exhibitors must be completely broken down by 5:00pm unless  express permission is granted by the Exhibitor Chair and Conference Planning Chair.
  • Dinner: Delegates on their own for dinner. This may be an additional opportunity for Exhibitors to meet   with Delegates and discuss their product.



GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration Fee:  $1,000

  • Representatives: 2 representatives maximum are allowed at the conference.
  • Exhibitor Location: Designated area for TCCA Exhibitors strategically and conveniently located in close proximity to the conference general sessions and where the breaks will be hosted.
  • Exhibition Area: We have an Exhibitor-friendly arrangement for Exhibitor booths. The main Exhibitor hall will be locked during non-use hours; however, due to space restrictions, it may be necessary for some Exhibitor booths to be placed in an open area which will not be locked or secured. TCCA and the hotel are not responsible for any lost or missing items.
  • Exhibitor Layout: The design for the layout is meant to identify an Exhibitor’s space at the conference and better facilitate conference attendees ability to locate a specific Exhibitor or type of Exhibitor.
  • Conference Exhibitor Guide: Your company will be listed in the TCCA Conference Exhibitor Guide which is distributed to each conference attendee.
  • Cvent Mobile App: Download the Cvent mobile app which will provide an Exhibitor agenda and useful details of the conference such as breaks and the conference event schedule.
