The City of Kennedale is seeking open-minded candidates who are interested in cutting-edge ideas to better serve the public. THE ROLE: This role is dedicated to the providing superior services efficiently and effectively to customers and employees. It is accountable to oversee and coordinate the activities of municipal court programs and services, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, policy, regulations and statutes. Assists with Information Technology projects and serves as magistrate during the week and every other weekend. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, ability to maintain confidentiality, interested in public service and working as part of a team.

THE CITY: Kennedale is a small community (population 7200) in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan region, it is an organization deeply committed to redeveloping the community and building an outstanding organization. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and municipal clerk level one, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A level two certification is desirable but will be required within one year of assuming the role. The successful candidate must demonstrate intrinsic motivation, high ethical and moral standards, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong management background and the ability to work well under stressful conditions with deadlines.

The role will remain open until filled, application review is every Friday.
