What We’re Looking For

 

The Municipal Court Services Department is recruiting for an experienced Customer Solutions Analyst who has a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Public Administration, or a related field and four (4) years of increasingly responsible customer service and conflict  resolution experience. The candidate will specifically manage the Municipal Court Training Unit.  This unit will work with subject matter experts to design, develop and maintain educational material while contributing substantive expertise to program and material development. 

 

The position will perform/coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities related to (not all inclusive):

 

  • Act as a resource by providing information regarding trends in continuing professional education, best practices, best methods and techniques to engage Municipal Court staff.

  • Provide training as necessary and appropriate in program design and delivery, including eLearning delivery.

  • Consult with the IT department when necessary to design and document basic workflows to ensure proper application/user interface; may create document links.

  • Generate or direct necessary correspondence related to program development and implementation as well as other appropriate marketing materials and strategies.

  • Serve as the liaison between Judicial Education Officer with court community, managers, specialists and support staff.

  • Provide training to end-users and may provide basic desktop and mobile-user training on new systems and hardware.

  • Perform quality assurance and control data integrity.

  • Lead project meetings to capture decisions, needed actions, issues and risks.

  • Ensure timely and accurate status reports within the expectations and constraints of a well- defined communication plan.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Adhere to assigned work schedule as outlined in the Department and city attendance policies and procedures; ensures all behaviors comply with the City’s Personnel Rules and Regulations.

Preference may be given to applicants who possess the following:

  • Skill in limited jurisdiction court processes

  • Texas Court Clerk Certification

  • Advanced experience with eLearning software

  • Advanced experience with SharePoint

  • Proficiency in problem solving ability

  • Initiative and self-motivation with the proven ability to achieve results

Other Requirements:

Valid Texas Driver’s License

Must be able to pass a CJIS fingerprint background check
