The City of Fort Worth Municipal Court is now searching for a Customer Service Representative II to fill a vacancy in our Warrants section.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the law enforcement/telecommunication field.  The Customer Service Representative II will perform several functions for the Court including but not limited to: confirming warrants and dispatching information to Deputy Marshals.

Candidates should be able to provide outstanding customer service while working in a fast past environment.  First-rate interpersonal skills are preferred along with professionalism and poise.  The model candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer typing and literacy/proficiency, and should be able to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously. The selected applicant must commit to the possibility of working at various court locations and rotating shifts.


Minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • A HS Diploma/GED
  • Two years of responsible customer service experience within the area of assignment
  • A CJIS fingerprint background check


Preference may be given to applicants who possess the following:

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Basic Telecommunicator license
  • Warrant confirmation experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, and Outlook
