EXHIBITOR & SPONSOR CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS

ALL EXHIBITORS & SPONSORS WILL BE ASKED DURING REGISTRATION IF THEY HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING

NON-HARASSMENT POLICY

TCCA is committed to providing a welcoming, civil, and safe environment for all participants and guests and will not tolerate any form of harassment or offensive conduct by any person toward any of our staff, registrants, guests, or other participants. Anyone deemed to be in violation of this policy will be required to leave the event and no full or partial refund will be issued. If you wish to report conduct that you believe violates this policy, please visit the Conference registration desk to speak with a TCCA representative.

TCCA reserves the right to refuse any exhibit or Exhibitor and further reserves the right to halt any exhibit or Exhibitor for breach of this agreement, or for cause.

EXHIBITOR CONDUCT

TCCA reserves the right to exclude from Conference participation/future conferences, without any refund or reimbursement, any Exhibitor/Sponsor who behaves contentiously or inappropriately, violates the law or this policy, misrepresents products or services, or otherwise brings discredit upon the Conference, TCCA, or TCCA staff.

Exhibitor Agreement Requirement for Annual Conference Participation: During the electronic registration process, an acknowledgment of “Terms and Conditions” will be required to finalize exhibitor participation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions for participating in a TCCA event are contained in the “General Exhibitor Information.” By registering as an exhibitor or sponsor of a TCCA event: (1) The person completing this registration is representing to TCCA that you are an authorized agent of the exhibitor or sponsor. (2) As an authorized agent for the exhibitor or sponsor, I have reviewed and agreed to the policies included in these terms and conditions.

Process for Reporting Exhibitors: To promote a consistent and seamless process and in conjunction with other ethical complaints filed, exhibitor violations should be reported in the same manner as member violations. The filing form should be updated to allow the person submitting the complaint to indicate whether an exhibitor or member is the subject of the complaint.
