Training Cost

$75 for Level I members

$150 for Level I non-members

$25 per section for Level II members

$50 per section for Level II non-members

$25 per section for Level III members

$50 per section for Level III non-members

All testing fees MUST be received by the registration deadline or your registration will be cancelled and you will NOT be allowed to test at this site

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:  

• When registering, please select the "Attendee Pending Payment" registration type to complete your registration. 

• Once your payment has been received and processed, your registration type will be changed to "Attendee Paid and Confirmed" by the Education Committee. 

• To verify your registration status, please check your registration type periodically and allow a few weeks for processing and updates.

There is NO REFUND OR TRANSFER of exam fees.

Participants will NOT be allowed to test without proof of full payment.

Anyone wishing to attend, must register online by the deadline date.

Walk-ins are not permitted.
