Hotel Details and Reservations:
Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center
located at 1001 E. McCarty Ln., San Marcos, TX 78666
Total Nights: 3 (Sunday, 11/2, Monday, 11/3, and Tuesday, 11/4)
Room Rates: Get your special TCCA Group Rate of $181 USD per night (plus $5 parking fee and tax making total approximately $214 per night)
Rooms are limited. Once the room block is filled, you will need to book a reservation at an area hotel on your own. The hotel link will automatically put in a stay for 5 nights but you will need to edit this stay if you will not be attending prep sessions and testing prior to start of conference.
*Cancellations/Refunds must be requested by September 15, 2025 at 5pm. NO REFUNDS after this date.
