TCCA Education committee Policies & Procedures |
The Education Committee is primarily responsible for providing educational and testing opportunities to TCCA members which allows clerks to become and maintain certification. The Chairperson of the Education Committee is appointed by the President at or immediately following the Annual Conference and will serve until the next Annual Conference or until their respective successor is appointed. The President may also appoint a co-chair to serve on the committee. The Chairperson(s) of this committee will rely on the Education Committee Policies and Procedures manual when conducting business for the committee. This manual is reviewed annually and governs the committee's responsibilities and obligations for the Municipal Court Clerks Certification Program. Members of the committee are by invitation only and required to Level III certified. The committee will meet at least three times a year to review and discuss educational and testing events in addition to other committee business. |
